Andreas Wiebe
Andreas currently manages the Direct Calling channel for Vantage Media. His responsibilities include revenue / profit, forecasting, projects, advertising and media, communication, and maintaining the relationship between the contact center and Vantage Media.
He has worked at Microsoft Exchange Hosted Services (EHS) in the anti-spam department as a spam-analyst, project lead and later as a program manager for anti-spam tools development. During this time he was responsible for managing several development projects, using his skills and education to create technical specifications, project schedules, development roadmaps, and communicate these with his team and the larger organization.
Prior to EHS he worked at the Farm Incomes Program Directorate at Agriculture Canada (AAFC-FIPD) in IST Support where his primary responsibility was support for BlackBerry’s, workstations, and printers. His BlackBerry project grew from an AAFC-FIPD only support service to a full procurement, deployment, development, and support service for Western Canada during his time on the project.
