Printing Outlook Contacts in Memo Style

Overview

It is possible to print MS Outlook contacts in different formats, this guide illustrates using the Memo format which places each contact with any notes on a seperate page.

Printing Contacts in Memo Format

  1. In the Contacts view, select the contacts you want to print (if you want to print all, click the first contact then CTRL+A or click "Edit" in the menu and then click "Select-All"):

  2. Select "Print..." from the file menu:

  3. Under the "Print style" (marked in red below) select "Memo Style", make sure you have the right printer selected, then click "OK" to start printing:

  4. Below is a sample of the output, note that each contact would print on one page:
