Adding a Table Of Contents

  1. To insert the table of contents:
    1. Click Insert in the menu (hotkey: ALT+I)
    2. Click Indexes and Tables
    3. Click Indexes and Tables

    4. You're now given the Insert Index/Table dialog

    5. In our case, the default settings are perfect, click OK to insert the table of contents
